Overview
At XirfadTech Solutions LLC, we value every client relationship and strive to provide professional, reliable service. Because each booking reserves staff, equipment, and preparation time, our refund policy balances fairness and business protection. This policy complies with Minnesota Statutes §325G.06–.08, Minnesota Consumer Fraud Act, and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) rules on fair disclosure.
1. Deposits (Retainers)
All deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits (also called retainers) represent liquidated damages for the time, date, and resources reserved exclusively for your project or event.Deposits are applied toward the total service balance and are not transferable unless approved in writing by XirfadTech Solutions.
2. Cancellations by Client
Refund eligibility depends on how close the cancellation is to the event date.

3. Design, Web, and Consulting Work
Once design, web, or consulting work has begun or any draft has been delivered, the project is non-refundable due to time and intellectual property invested.
If cancelled before work starts, only the deposit is retained.
4. Cancellation by XirfadTech Solutions
If XirfadTech Solutions cancels a booking for reasons within its control (e.g., technical failure, illness without replacement, scheduling error):
Clients may choose a full refund of all payments made, or
A rescheduled date at no additional charge.
Our liability is limited to the amounts paid to XirfadTech Solutions and does not cover venue or third-party costs.
5. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events outside reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, or pandemics).
In such cases:
XirfadTech Solutions will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the event within 12 months, or
Provide a service credit equal to payments made.
Deposits may convert to credit but are not refundable unless cancellation is solely caused by XirfadTech Solutions.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.
Transaction, platform, or banking fees (Stripe, Square, PayPal, etc.) are non-refundable unless XirfadTech Solutions cancels the service.
Partial completion or early event termination (e.g., client delays or venue issues) does not qualify for refund.
7. Compliance Notice
Minnesota and federal law require transparent refund terms and prohibit deceptive or unclear policies.
Door-to-door or off-site sales (e.g., bookings made at a client’s home or temporary venue) may qualify for a 3-business-day cancellation right under FTC Rule 16 C.F.R. Part 429 and Minn. Stat. §325G.06–.08.
Online, email, or in-office bookings do not qualify for this right.
If applicable, clients will receive a written cancellation form at the time of sale.
8. Agreement
By paying a deposit, signing a contract, or using our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy and its terms.
Legal Assurance
This policy is written to align with U.S. and Minnesota law and may be updated as regulations change. XirfadTech Solutions reserves the right to modify or clarify this policy to remain compliant with state and federal consumer standards.
Cancellation Policy
- Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable as they cover initial consultation, planning, and securing your event date.
- Cancellations Greater Than 60 Days Before the Event: If you cancel more than 60 days before your scheduled event, your deposit will be forfeited. Any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded, minus any applicable transaction fees.
- Cancellations Between 31 and 60 Days Before the Event: Cancellations made between 31 and 60 days prior to the event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit plus 50% of all other payments made.
- Cancellations 30 Days or Less Before the Event: For cancellations made 30 days or less before the event date, all payments are non-refundable.
- Design and Consulting Work: Once design or consulting work has commenced, no refunds will be issued for the time and resources already invested.
- XirfadTech Solutions Cancellation: In the unlikely event that XirfadTech Solutions must cancel your event due to reasons within our control, you will have the option of a full refund or rescheduling your event at no additional cost, subject to availability.
- Force Majeure: In the event of a force majeure (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic, or other unforeseen circumstances), we will work with you to reschedule your event or provide a credit for future services.

1. Overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all services provided by XirfadTech Solutions LLC (“XirfadTech,” “we,” or “our”).
By booking, paying a deposit, or using any of our services, the client (“you” or “the client”) agrees to these Terms.
2. Service Provision
XirfadTech Solutions provides a wide range of creative-technology services, including:
Weddings and events (photo, video, fog, cold sparkles, 360 booth, drone, and lighting)
Photo booth and media experiences
Studio and commercial photography
Web design, branding, and graphic design
Equipment rentals and consulting services
All services are subject to availability and the specific terms outlined in each signed agreement or invoice.
3. Booking, Deposits, and Payments
A non-refundable deposit (retainer) is required to secure a service date and begin preparations.
The remaining balance is due as specified in your invoice or service contract.
Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation without refund.
Deposits represent liquidated damages for the time and date reserved exclusively for your event or project.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment or breach of contract.
4. Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be made in writing and are subject to availability and approval.
Fees may apply for changes requested within 30 days of the event or original service date.
XirfadTech will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling, but new dates cannot be guaranteed.
Rescheduled bookings are subject to updated pricing if service costs have changed.
5. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)
XirfadTech Solutions shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform services caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
Natural disasters, severe weather, power outages, government restrictions, pandemics, labor disputes, or equipment loss due to shipping or vendor delay.
In such cases, XirfadTech may:
Offer to reschedule the service at a mutually agreed date, or
Provide a service credit for future use within 12 months.
Refunds are not guaranteed in force majeure situations but may be considered if rescheduling is impossible.
6. Intellectual Property
All photos, videos, designs, and creative works produced by XirfadTech Solutions remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise stated in writing.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, limited-use license for personal or agreed-upon business use.
Clients may not sell, alter, or distribute content without written permission.
XirfadTech reserves the right to use images, videos, or designs for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless the client opts out in writing before the event or project delivery.
7. Limitation of Liability
XirfadTech Solutions’ total liability for any claim, loss, or damage shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, emotional distress, or lost opportunities.
In no event shall XirfadTech Solutions be liable for delays caused by third-party vendors, venues, or external conditions beyond our control.
8. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide accurate information, safe working conditions, and timely access to venues or digital platforms required for service delivery.
Any delay caused by the client or venue that restricts service time is non-refundable.
The client agrees to obtain all necessary permits or permissions for photography, drone use, or event setups.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes shall be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Stearns County, Minnesota.
Both parties waive the right to trial by jury where legally permissible.
10. Amendments
XirfadTech Solutions LLC reserves the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time.
Updated terms will be posted on our website and apply to all future transactions.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
11. Acknowledgment
By booking, signing a contract, or paying a deposit, the client acknowledges:
They have read and understood these Terms of Service.
They agree to comply with the policies stated herein, including the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy (if applicable).
These Terms represent the entire agreement between the client and XirfadTech Solutions LLC.
